WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I NEED SUPPORT
Before you Send a message or Call for Support Please follow the following instructions
1. Switch of the router and ont for 2-5 minutes then switch back on wait for complete boot up
Make sure both Ont and Router is ON and plugged in as per initial setup
2. Check if problem is still persisting if not Great if it does then take a clear foto of the ont
IF DURING OFFICE HOURS
3. Send a message to me on Whatsapp group DEXTRAD TECHNOLOGIES Outage Report and or send your foto of the ont with description of the problem together in the message on a private Whatsapp dedicated to you our Customer
PLEASE NOTE THAT NOTHING WILL BE DONE UNTIL YOU HAVE SEND ME THE PHOTO OF THE ONT
( THE BOX AGAINST THE WALL WITH 3 OR 4 LIGHTS !!!!! )
We will then contact support and get it sorted if it is during office hours and report back
