I want to move what must I do now?

  1. You need to know you can not move or transfer your Fibre
  2. If you had your Fibre for at that particular premises for 11 or 12 Months you can give a Months notice by sending a email to cancellations@voxtelecom.co.za
  3. Send me your new adress so we can get the process started to get you Fibre at the new place
  4. Now you say but I don’t want to cancel I just want my stuff moved I understand unfortunately it doesn’t work that way it’s not like the old Telkom where you just move it to the new premises
  5. If you did not have your Fibre for at least 11 months you must know that there will be a penalty fee but it’s not massive But same procedures needs to be followed as above
