I want to move what must I do now?
- You need to know you can not move or transfer your Fibre
- If you had your Fibre for at that particular premises for 11 or 12 Months you can give a Months notice by sending a email to cancellations@voxtelecom.co.za
- Send me your new adress so we can get the process started to get you Fibre at the new place
- Now you say but I don’t want to cancel I just want my stuff moved I understand unfortunately it doesn’t work that way it’s not like the old Telkom where you just move it to the new premises
- If you did not have your Fibre for at least 11 months you must know that there will be a penalty fee but it’s not massive But same procedures needs to be followed as above
